Sofie Nystrøm is the Chief Executive Officer of Fortified Technologies.
Keynote Sofie Nystrøm, CEO Fortified Technologies
Sofie Nystrøm previously served as Director of the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM) and has held senior leadership positions within the Norwegian Intelligence Service, DNB Bank, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and Telenor. Ms. Nystrøm has also served on the boards of several organizations, including F-Secure and the Norwegian Police University College. She brings extensive experience in the fields of technology and national security, has participated in multiple government appointed commissions, and was awarded the Gunnar Sønsteby Prize in 2021 for her contributions to combating cyber threats.

Johan Wilskow, PartnerJohan is a partner at Zynk and specializes in crises communication, media handling and training for senior executives and spokespersons.
Keynote Johan Wilskow, Partner
Johan has worked as a consultant and advisor for over 15 years. Previous to Zynk he was a senior advisor and sat in the management team in Hill + Knowlton Norway. He has extensive experience of working with both private, state-owned and public sector clients. Before becoming an advisor, Johan was a news journalist in television and radio at NRK, as well as host of the debate program Sytten Tretti on P4 Radio Hele Norge. He has also been a member of the Parliament press box and covered Norwegian politics closely for several years. His experience from journalism is used especially in leadership coaching when working with how messages must be prioritized and simplified in order to be understood. He has also acted as a key advisor in some of the largest and most complex crises that have taken place in Norway, focusing on how companies should communicate both internally and externally.

This year's event is hosted by Norsk Tipping Lottery, offering you dinner and entertainment in the exclusive setting of the FRAM Museum, dedicated to the original polar ships Fram and Gjøa.
The FRAM Museum is home to the world’s strongest wooden ship. Built to brave the polar ice, Fram carried Roald Amundsen to Antarctica in 1910 — making him the first explorer to stand at the South Pole. Just a short stroll away rests Gjøa, the vessel that navigated the Northwest Passage under Amundsen’s command.
When?
The seminar will start with a welcome reception on the evening of Tuesday, October 21 and end on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at around 13:00 with lunch.
