Thank you for making the EL Congress 2025 unforgettable!

Dear participant,

With more than 550 participants gathered in Bern, the 12th EL Congress & Trade Show once again confirmed its place as the flagship lottery event of the year. Hosted by Loterie Romande and Swisslos, and organised with the EL Partners, this year’s theme – “Building a Better World” – underlined the continuing role of lotteries as a force for good in society.

Over three days we welcomed a vibrant community of lottery professionals, inspiring keynotes, in-depth debates on responsibility, regulation and innovation, and the Trade Show showcased the diversity and strength of our sector. We also celebrated the EL Advertising Awards 2025, the PGRI Lottery Hall of Fame, Responsible Gaming certification ceremony, and an unforgettable closing event organised by the hosting lotteries in collaboration with the Montreux Jazz Festival. 

The EL General Assembly concluded the Congress with the re-election of Romana Girandon as EL President and the appointment of a new Executive Committee.
