The Women's Initiative in Lottery Leadership (WiLL) mentoring programme is specially designed for female leaders in the lottery sector who want to realise their fullest potential. After four successful years, the fifth edition is back and looking for mentors and mentees for the class of 2024-2024. To empower, inspire and support colleagues in the EL Membership.

As a mentor, you will dive into the goals of the mentee to help them to get the best out of themselves. The mentoring programme allows experienced leaders to transfer their knowledge to junior-and first-time leaders. The mentoring programme is open to both women and men!

As a mentee, you will receive advice and new insights to develop your career as a female leader.

The WiLL Mentoring Programme is open to all EL Members - Regular and Associate.
