Join the EL Mentoring Programme
We are excited to announce the next round of the Women's Initiative in Lottery Leadership (WiLL) mentoring programme, starting in October 2026 and running through to June 2027.
Designed for female leaders in the lottery sector who want to realise their full potential, the WiLL programme is open to all EL Members (Lottery and Associate).
- Mentees: Open exclusively to women in the EL community who are ambitious, wish to grow professionally and personally, and want to take their career to the next level.
- Mentors: Open to any gender, experienced leaders who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting emerging talent.
The programme allows experienced leaders to transfer their knowledge to junior and first-time leaders, fostering growth and confidence.
The class of 2025-2026 recently celebrated the closing of the 6th programme in Paris, hosted by FDJ UNITED
As a mentee, you will develop your communication and leadership skills, expand your network, increase self-esteem and resilience, receive advice and insights, and share ideas and projects.
As a mentor, you will refine your coaching and leadership skills, be exposed to new ideas and perspectives, widen your network, and enhance your professional and personal development.
The Programme consists of:
- an online kick-off event
- relevant webinars & workshops
- supporting content on the EL e-learning platform
- mentoring sessions
- in-person meeting at the mentor's office
- 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a development expert.

WiLL Alumni
WiLL does not end when the mentoring programme finishes. As a participant, you become part of the growing WiLL Alumni Network: a community of female leaders from lotteries across Europe. Through the Alumni Platform, participants can continue exchanging experiences, expanding their network, discussing leadership challenges and accessing ongoing learning opportunities long after the programme has ended.
