Do you want to learn more about how to develop yourself as a female leader and increase your self-confidence?
Or are you looking to improve your coaching and leadership skills and share your experience as a mentor?
Then we are looking for you!
We are excited to announce the next round of the mentoring programme, starting in October 2025 and running through to June 2026!
The programme is open to all EL Members (Lottery and Associate).
- Mentors: Open to both male and female experienced leaders who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting emerging talent.
- Mentees: Open exclusively to female EL Members who wish to grow their leadership skills and confidence.
The class of 2024-2025 recently celebrated the closing of the 5th programme in Ljubljana, Slovenia
As a mentor, you’ll dive into the goals of your mentee to help them achieve their best.
The programme allows experienced leaders to transfer their knowledge to junior and first-time leaders, fostering growth and confidence.
As a female mentee, you’ll receive advice, support, and new insights to help you develop your career as a leader.
Both mentors and mentees will have the chance to expand their network through various exciting events, both online and in-person.
