The EL/WLA Sports Betting Seminar 2026 will take place in the vibrant city of Istanbul, Turkey, from 19 to 21 May 2026.

The programme will feature inspiring keynote speakers from around the world, alongside best practice insights shared by leading lotteries.

EVENING ACTIVITY
This year’s seminar features an exceptional highlight: an exclusive opportunity for participants to attend the UEFA Europa League Final 2026 in Istanbul - one of Europe’s most” prestigious football competitions, renowned for its passion, intensity, and unforgettable atmosphere. EL/WLA are delighted to offer prime seats at the impressive Beşiktaş Park (Tüpraş Stadium) for the final match on Wednesday evening, 20 May 2026.
To avoid traffic congestion in busy Istanbul, a scenic boat cruise on the Bosphorus will take you to the stadium. We’ll cruise along all of Istanbul's iconic buildings such as Topkapi Palace, Haghia Sophia and the Blue Mosque while enjoying a local cocktail reception & the networking opportunity.
This unique experience brings an exciting sporting dimension to the programme.
Important remark about the evening activity : As availability is limited, tickets will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Please note that registering for a ticket is binding: tickets for the match are nominative and cannot be reassigned. If you sign up and do not attend, the ticket cannot be offered to another participant. We kindly ask you to register only if you are genuinely interested in attending.

WHEN?
The seminar will start with a welcome reception on the evening of Tuesday, May 19 and end on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at around 13:00 with lunch.

The Seminar will be conducted exclusively in English.

- EL Lottery Members 2.350.- EUR + 20% local VAT
- EL Associate Members 2.600.- EUR + 20% local VAT
- Non EL/WLA members* 3.350.- EUR + 20% local VAT (*Participation subject to approval by EL/WLA)
The fee includes participation in the seminar, meals during the seminar & evenings, breakfast and 1 match ticket (upon availability). The fee does not include hotel accommodation.
Airport / hotel / venue transfers are NOT organized.

Participants are requested to book their own accommodation for the nights May 19 and May 20 at the Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea.
We have arranged for a preferential rate for your room at 189.28€/night for single occupancy. The room price includes VAT, Wifi, city tax and breakfast. The room rate also includes daily a complimentary chocolate hour in the lobby, where you can enjoy Mövenpick signature sweets.
