Women's Initiative in Lottery Leadership (kick-off webinar)

A webinar organised to kick-off the 2023-2024 Women's Initiative in Lottery Leadership (WiLL) Mentoring Programme in Europe.

Open to EL Members only.

Designed for female leaders in the lottery sector who want to realise their fullest potential, the WiLL Mentoring Programme aims to create new opportunities for junior and mid-level women in the EL Membership, as either a mentee or mentor. The mission is to drive high-performance business growth through supporting the advancement of women into top positions of lottery management, leadership and responsibility. 

During the kick-off webinar, EL Members will have the opportunity to hear from high-level leaders from our industry and relevant keynotes. The programme starts at 15:00 CET and is as follows:

  • Welcome & Introduction by the Moderator Suzanne MAU-ASAM, EL coach & Founder of the Female Hub, the Netherlands
  • Welcome Speech by Romana GIRANDON, EL President and former WiLL Mentor
  • Panel discussion on previous editions and benefits from mentorship, with Raluca DIMITRIU-CHIRITA (Loteria Ramana /RO), Ida NORDBERG (Norsk Tipping /NO) and Giulia MOIANI (IGT Lottery /IT)
  • General presentation of the 2023 - 2024 WiLL Programme by Suzanne MAU-ASAM
  • Emma DONLAN, Country Director, Plan International Bolivia
  • "Overcoming sexism and discrimination at work for a more inclusive future" by Benoît DARDENNE, Professor of psychology, University of Liège, Belgium
