The joint EL and WLA Sustainability & Responsible Gaming Seminar 2026 will take place in the vibrant city of Milan, Italy, from 16 to 18 September 2026. It will bring together sector leaders, regulators, researchers and practitioners for two days of high-level dialogue and collaboration.
The seminar will address emerging trends, evolving expectations and innovative approaches aimed at strengthening player protection, social responsibility and long-term impact. Participants will also discover the new EL Responsible Gaming Standards alongside major WLA sustainability initiatives shaping the future of the sector.

THE PROGRAMME
Featuring keynote interventions from internationally recognised experts, as well as practical case studies and best practices from EL and WLA Members, the event will provide a unique platform to exchange ideas, measure impact and define the next generation of responsible and sustainable gaming leadership — all in the inspiring setting of Milan.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The seminar is aimed at those with specific interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Gaming as well as those engaged in Corporate Affairs, Public Relations and Corporate Communications activities.
WHEN?
The seminar will start with a welcome reception on the evening of Wednesday, September 16 and end on Friday, September 18, 2026 at around 13:00 with lunch.

The Seminar will be conducted exclusively in English.

The fee includes participation in the seminar and meals during the seminar & evenings. The fee does not include hotel accommodation.

ACCOMMODATION
Participants are requested to book their own accommodation for the nights September 16 and 17 at the Marriot Hotel Milan. We have arranged for a preferential rate for your room at 310€/night for single occupancy. The room price includes VAT and breakfast. The city tax of 10€ is not included and has to be paid at check out.

The iconic SNAI San Siro Racecourse
EVENING ACTIVITY
On the second evening (17 September), you are invited by Sisal S.p.A, the hosting lottery to join us for a guided City Sightseeing tour and visiting the iconic SNAI San Siro Racecourse where dinner will take place.
The city tour will cover the main attractions in the city center. At the end of the tour, a dedicated Citybus will take us directly to the evening venue, the SNAI San Siro Racecourse, which is one of the most important and historic sports facilities at both European and international level, hosting around 100 gallop and trot races each year.
Upon arrival, you can join a 45 minute guided tour in English, focused on the history and structure of the Racecourse. The itinerary will include the most iconic areas of the venue: the main grandstand, the trot area, the saddling area, the “Palazzina del Peso” (traditionally reserved for thoroughbred owners, breeders, press and institutions, and home to the jockey preparation area), the botanical park, and other points of interest. Alternatively, guests who prefer not to join the tour can proceed directly to the welcome aperitif, followed by a seated dinner.
