Hosted by Loteria Romana in Bucharest, Romania, from November 4-7, 2024, this module, held over 2½ days, is designed for new entrants and “cadets” with up to three years of lottery experience.

- Gain an overview of the full range and extent of lottery organisation as a new recruit to the lottery world;
- Explore key themes such as the history of lotteries, innovation, sustainability, responsible gaming, PR and storytelling;
- Immerse yourself in the world of games, activities, channels and development;
- Actively participate in interactive game design exercises and contribute to break out groups, and;
- Develop an understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment in which European lotteries operate, all within the strategic framework of EL.

- Gain new perspectives on topics, such as what makes a great lottery game, how a lottery game should be organised and why lotteries are so important to society;

- The fee payable will be 2000.- EUR ex. VAT
