By booking through EL, participants are guaranteed: Confirmed room availability within the selected hotels; Negotiated and preferential rates, secured specifically for the event, and; Proximity to the main event venue, ensuring logistical convenience. Your invoice will include the registration fee and hotel rate of your chosen hotel. The hotel packages include a three night stay in a single-occupancy room with breakfast (standard breakfast buffet). Accommodation booked outside the EL allocation cannot be guaranteed and may result in higher costs or limited availability. For these reasons, participants are advised to rely on the official accommodation arrangements communicated by EL.
- Can I book extra nights outside the official event dates?
Yes. Any request for extra nights must be sent directly to the official event email address (id26@european-lotteries.eu). Extra nights are upon request only, subject to hotel availability, with no guarantee of availability or of the negotiated event rate. If confirmed, extra nights must be paid directly on site at the hotel and will not be included in the event invoice.
- What happens once I have registered?
After registering online, you will receive a notification message on the website and via email. You will then receive a confirmation email with the invoice. Further practical information will be shared shortly before the Industry Days.
