To ensure a smooth and secure stay in Marrakech, participants are requested to book their accommodation through EL during the registration process. The event takes place during a highly touristic period, when hotel availability in Marrakech is limited and public rates are subject to significant increases.
By booking through EL, participants are guaranteed:
- Confirmed room availability within the selected hotels,
- Negotiated and preferential rates, secured specifically for the event,
- Proximity to the main event venue, ensuring logistical convenience.
Participants can select the hotel of their choice in the registration form (first come, first served basis).
Accommodation booked outside the EL allocation cannot be guaranteed and may result in higher costs or limited availability. For these reasons, participants are advised to rely on the official accommodation arrangements communicated by EL.
